      Article 1 - Definitions

      The following definitions apply to these terms:

      Cooling-off period: the period within which a consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
      Consumer: Any natural person acting outside the scope of their business, trade, or profession who enters into a distance contract with anrainbow.
      Day: Refers to a calendar day.
      Continuous performance contract: a contract involving the regular delivery of goods, services, or digital content over a specific period.
      Durable medium: any medium that enables consumers or individuals to store information in a way that allows for future access and reproduction without alteration.
      Right of withdrawal: The consumer's right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.
      Entrepreneur: anrainbow, the company offering products and services to consumers remotely.
      Distance contract: A contract concluded between anrainbow and the consumer, in which the sale of products or services is carried out entirely through distance communication channels.
      Means of distance communication: Tools used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the contracting party being physically present in the same location.
      General terms and conditions: These terms of service for anrainbow.

      Article 3 - Applicability

      These conditions apply to all offers made by anrainbow and to all distance contracts concluded between anrainbow and the consumer. The conditions shall be made available to the consumer prior to the conclusion of the contract. Where necessary, they shall also be made available in electronic format and may be sent at the consumer's request free of charge.

      In the event that specific conditions apply to a product or service, those specific conditions shall take precedence if they are more favorable to the consumer than the general terms and conditions. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a new one that closely aligns with the original intent.

      Article 4 – The Offer

      If an offer is time-sensitive or subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly indicated. anrainbow reserves the right to change or modify offers.

      Offers will provide a clear and accurate description of the goods or services, including the price (excluding customs charges or VAT), shipping costs, and payment methods. anrainbow will ensure that product images are as accurate as possible, although it cannot guarantee that the colors in the images will exactly match the actual product.

      The offer will include:

      The total price, excluding customs duties and import VAT. These additional costs shall be borne by the consumer.
      Shipping costs, if applicable.
      How to complete the purchase and necessary actions.
      Details regarding payment, delivery, and order fulfillment.
      The duration of the offer.
      Information regarding the right of withdrawal, where applicable.
      Any relevant conditions regarding communication, contract archiving, and languages ​​available for the contract.
      Article 5 – The Agreement

      The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets its conditions. If the consumer provides consent electronically, anrainbow will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance.

      If the consumer chooses electronic payment, anrainbow will implement appropriate security measures.

      anrainbow reserves the right to assess whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations and may reject an order if necessary. The consumer will be notified if their order is rejected or if additional conditions are required.

      Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

      The consumer may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. During this period, the consumer must handle the product with care and use it only to the extent necessary to determine whether they wish to keep it. If the consumer wishes to withdraw, they must notify anrainbow within the withdrawal period and return the product within 14 days of notifying the company.

      Article 7 – Costs of withdrawal

      If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they shall be responsible for the cost of returning the product. anrainbow will refund any payment received within 14 days of receipt of the product or proof of return.

      Article 8 – Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

      anrainbow may exclude certain products from the right of withdrawal, including, but not limited to:

      Custom-made or personalized products.
      Perishable goods.
      Sealed products, such as software or hygiene products, if the seal is broken.

      The exclusion will be clearly indicated in the offer.

      Article 9 – Prices

      Prices will not increase during the validity period of the offer, except in the event of changes in VAT. Prices may fluctuate based on market conditions beyond anrainbow's control, such as currency exchange rates.

      For orders outside the EU, import VAT and clearance costs will be handled by the delivery service. anrainbow will not charge VAT.

      Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

      anrainbow guarantees that its products and services meet the specifications described in the offer. Any defect or issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be made in the original packaging.

      The warranty does not apply in cases where the product has been misused, altered, or exposed to abnormal conditions.

      Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

      anrainbow will manage and fulfill orders with the utmost care. If a delay or partial fulfillment occurs, the consumer will be notified within 30 days. The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund if delivery is not possible within the agreed timeframe.

      Article 12 – Duration and termination of contracts

      Consumers may terminate an ongoing contract for the regular delivery of products at any time, subject to one month's notice. In the case of fixed-term contracts, consumers may terminate the contract at the end of the agreed period.

      Article 13 – Payment

      Payments must be made within 7 business days, unless otherwise agreed. Consumers must notify anrainbow of any discrepancies in payment details. Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

      Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering any defect. anrainbow will respond to complaints within 14 days and will strive to resolve any issues promptly.

      GOVERNING LAW
      These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
